• If a Member's personal information changes, ld333 must be notified immediately.
• The Member is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and login details.

3Age Limit and Membership Eligibility

ld333 is a responsible gaming platform. The following eligibility conditions apply to all Members:

• Age: Only persons aged 21 or above may create and use an account on ld333. Participation by those under 21 is strictly prohibited.
• The Member must reside in a region where online gaming is not legally prohibited.

4Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

• Withdrawal requests must be completed through the same payment method used for the original deposit, unless otherwise approved under special circumstances.
• ld333 may delay or put on hold withdrawal requests if account verification has not been completed.
• ld333 reserves the right to temporarily hold any payment if a fraudulent transaction is suspected.
• Bank fees or mobile banking charges are the Member's own responsibility.

5Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Conditions

ld333 offers Members various bonuses and promotional benefits. By accepting a bonus, the following conditions automatically apply:

• Welcome Bonus: 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳8,000. A 20x wagering requirement must be met before this bonus can be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; withdrawal is only possible after the specified wagering conditions have been met.
• A promotional offer may be claimed once only, unless the terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Winnings earned using bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met.
• ld333 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus or promotion, and will endeavour to notify Members in such cases.
• Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will be treated as fraud and all associated accounts will be closed.

6Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All games on ld333 are conducted on the principles of fairness and transparency. The following rules must be followed when participating in gaming activities:

• Each game has its own rules, which are displayed in the game interface. Please read them carefully.
• In the case of bets affected by technical errors or disconnections, ld333's decision will be considered final.
• ld333 reserves the right to void rewards granted due to software bugs or errors.
• If there is a dispute over the outcome of a bet or game, the Member may submit a complaint via live chat or email.
• The use of automated software, bots or any form of artificial assistance is strictly prohibited.

7Prohibited Activities and Code of Conduct

Any of the following activities will be considered a clear violation of ld333's rules:

• Placing bets or playing games using third-party funds.

8Account Suspension and Closure

ld333 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of any clause of these Terms.
• If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
• If account information is found to be false or incomplete.
• Upon receiving an order from a court or regulatory authority.
• In the event of prolonged inactivity (in accordance with the inactive account policy).
